three months three stages

STUCK

First things first, there’s a problem. But does everyone understand it in the same way? Do you have say 8 minds on 1 problem – or do you have 8 minds on 8 interpretations of the problem? Sounds simple, but this mis-alignment dilutes all efforts and stifles progress.

SOLVING

This is where things get moving. More, better ideas start to flow and confidence increases. It’s all about psychological safety and applying the right mindset for the right stage of the process.
