It’s About Time

Time is the most valuable resource we work with on a daily basis – unless you happen to work in oil prospecting or diamond sales.

By far and away the most expensive use of time is ineffective collaboration – trying to make progress when our collaborators seem to have a different agenda, the wrong idea, or nothing to add.

It’s all a matter of perspective.
They probably think the same of you. I know, right?!

How might we solve this problem?

If you want to make your time work for you, get everyone aligned on a shared understanding of the challenge and objective, and make space for more better ideas to achieve it, I can facilitate change.

Workshops are a great way to bring people together, find shared understanding, and make fast progress.

I’m your outside expert, with 20 years experience in the creative industry I know a thing or two about ideas and collaboration.

I facilitate workshops called Intrapreneurshops, designed to get your intrapreneurs seen, heard, and buzzing.

A neutral facilitator can help you make progress and try new things. Breathe new energy into meetings that have become a chore, and push harder for new ideas, when existing relationships have become tense.

Doing the same thing over and over is a great way to see time slip by. Maybe it’s time to try something different.

Intrapreneurshops make collaboration and problem solving more efficient by guiding you through the problem solving process. Apply your knowledge and expertise in different ways to make new discoveries.

Are you curious? Schedule a call to find out more and work out which workshop works best for you.

And, I’ll be posting about time all week to bring you more thoughts and resources.
